We provide commercial cleaning for professional offices, medical and dental offices, schools, childcare facilities, churches, dealerships, gyms, managed properties, warehouses and other commercial facilities throughout the Buffalo area. Every building is evaluated individually so the cleaning plan reflects its layout, traffic and priorities.
What products and equipment do you use?
We use professional commercial products and maintained equipment selected for consistent results. Our routine process includes Ecolab Peroxide Multi Surface Cleaner and Disinfectant for compatible hard, nonporous surfaces and glass, color-coded microfiber, and cordless upright and backpack vacuums with HEPA bag filtration.
What happens if something is missed?
If part of the agreed service is missed or does not meet expectations, contact us directly. We will address the issue promptly and return to make it right the same day whenever possible.
Who performs and oversees the work?
Payton DeCaro, President of 3 Generations Cleaning, personally performs the walkthrough, prepares the proposal and remains directly involved in servicing and overseeing the account.
What areas are included in routine cleaning?
Routine service can include offices, reception areas, entrances, corridors, restrooms, breakrooms, shared spaces, interior glass, high-touch surfaces, trash removal, vacuuming and hard-floor care. The exact scope is documented in your proposal and customized around the facility.
How often can service occur?
Cleaning can be scheduled daily, several times per week, weekly, biweekly, monthly or according to another arrangement that fits the building. Frequency is based on facility traffic, operating hours, cleanliness expectations and budget.

Do you provide carpet cleaning and floor care?
Yes. In addition to routine janitorial service, we provide commercial carpet cleaning, floor stripping and waxing, initial deep cleaning and other detailed cleaning services. These services can be included in an ongoing cleaning plan or quoted separately.
